Our DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine provides waypoint flythroughs, photos, and videos in state-of-the-art 5.1K imagery.  Our Mini 3 Pro provides very specific interior / exterior imagery / videos. 

We are offering comprehensive real estate services (Seller / Broker / Agent), including: 

General Location Marketing Content: 

• Still Photography – Images from common
• Sale locations, views, or elevations. 
• Videography – Designated flight videos. (A:B, 360, Perimeter, Overhead, Pan-out, Agreed Upon Flights) Home “Movie Trailer” content. 

Specific Exterior / Interior Requests: 

•  Requested photo/video content for specific location highlights.
•  Appraisal content. Seller attributes. What is special about the property. Neighborhood / Surrounding Area
• Highlights (Still / Videography)

Drone Nexis – Operating Approach

With regard to the proposed reporting, we anticipate the following for delivering the respective high-quality photos and videos:

• Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm drone flight times and locations with respective Seller / Broker / Agent.
•  Editing: Utilizing our drone interface software to produce the required content.
• Report Delivery: Deliverables will be made available to authorized users via a cloud data service.
• Flexibility and Customer Support: Maintain open lines of communication with brokers/agents.

To demonstrate our capabilities and benefits to (Broker / Agent), Drone Nexis can provide a no cost proof of concept by filming an initial collection of still and project site videos.
